How to Submit a Promotion
To submit your promotion for a featured spot

Log In
Ensure you are logged in to your account.If you dont have an account click on the registration tab and Register.

Submission
Navigate to the ‘Membership Subscription’ section under your account dashboard and click on ‘Submit a Promotion.

Form Details
Provide all necessary information, including the promotion title, description, image (if applicable).

Placement
Select whether you want your promotion to be displayed on property listings, malls, or both.

Payment
Double-check the information and submit your promotion for approval,and make Payment via Mpesa
Promotion Types
We offer several promotion options:
- Property Sidebar Promotions: Appear on property listings pages.
- Mall Sidebar Promotions: Displayed on mall-related pages.
- Combined Sidebar Promotions: Featured across both property and mall listings.
Designing Your Promotion Banner
You have two options for your promotional banner:
- Submit Your Own Banner: If you already have a banner design, simply upload it during the submission process.
- Let Us Design for You: Share the details with us, and our professional graphic designers will create a custom banner for just Ksh 500 per design.
Approval Process
Once submitted, our team will review your promotion to ensure it meets our guidelines. Your Promotion will Approved within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification once your promotion is live.
To maintain quality and relevance, all promotions must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Promotions must be relevant to our audience (e.g., real estate services, home improvement, retail offers, furnitures and utensils promotions, thrills, safaris).
- Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Offensive or misleading content will not be approved.
